Event Details

In this workshop, we’ll show you how to give the humble vegetable the spotlight. Learn various cooking methods for bringing out the true flavour of vegetables that won’t have you wondering where the meat is. We will cook some fabulous vegetarian and vegan dishes including a simple but delicious whole roasted pumpkin with caramelised onion and we will teach you some tips and tricks with the humble potato. You will learn how to make a couple of stunning salads that are more than just a side dish and some exciting dressings to top them off. We will also learn the tastiest vegan sweet treats that will be sure to impress! 

You will leave Far Meadow with a selection of goodies you make that day.

Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
