After this workshop, you’ll leave with some handy tricks that will improve your confidence to continue your baking journey. Learn how to make the perfect pannacotta with caramelised apple and hazelnut crumb, puff pastry from scratch to turn into a light and delicious fruit tart, fresh jam filled doughnuts, chocolate cremeaux and honeycomb. You will certainly satisfy that sweet tooth after this workshop!
You will leave Far Meadow Table with a selection of treats you make that day and all the recipes to continue your pastry journey!
Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
