A must for the cooler months – learn the beauty of slow cooking with dishes you’ll recreate for years to come. We’ll delve into the art of braising and learn about simmering ribs, making mouth-watering briskets and tender shoulders and don’t forget the all important slow cooked vegetable. You will learn how to make some delicious sauces from scratch including a spicy smokey bbq sauce and a tomato chutney, the perfect accompaniments to your braised meats.
You will go home with a selection of sauces we make that day and a little gift from us to say thank you for coming.
Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
