Have you always thought about making your own bread and pastry? Well now is the time to give it a go! You’ll learn all the basics of bread making, pastry making and perfecting your sweet and savoury tarts. We will be making the perfect sourdough and learning how to care for your starter. Plus an old favourite, the humble quiche (this is no ordinary quiche!) as well as a delicious seasonal fruit and frangipane tart. You will go home with some starter from our kitchen to continue your sourdough journey, a sourdough loaf, a selection of sweet treats you bake that day and a little gift from us to say thank you for coming.
Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
