Have you always thought about making your own bread and pastry? Well now is the time to give it a go! You’ll learn all the basics of bread making, pastry making and perfecting your sweet pastry tarts. We will be making the perfect sourdough and learning how to care for your starter. Plus some delicious treats including cheese gougères, lavosh crackers, fruit bread and the most delicious fruit puff pastry tart, You will go home with some starter from our kitchen to continue your sourdough journey, a sourdough loaf, a selection of sweet treats you bake that day.

Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
