Event Details

In this workshop, we’ll show you how to give the humble vegetable the spotlight. Learn various cooking methods for bringing out the true flavour of vegetables that won’t have you wondering where the meat is. We will cook some fabulous vegetarian dishes including a simple but delicious whole roasted pumpkin with caramelised onion and goats cheese and we will teach you some tips and tricks with the humble potato. You will learn how to make a couple of stunning salads that are more than just a side dish and finally how to make fresh pasta accompanied by the tastiest tomato sauce. 

You will leave Far Meadow Table with some fresh pasta to cook at home, a bottle of pasta sauce and a little gift from us to say thank you for coming.

Afterwards, we will sit down for a well earned lunch, glass of wine and enjoy the relaxed country setting.
